Please make your complaint known by the location where you had your experience. You can find the contact details in your e-mails or you can look it up via the reservation page.
What do we do with your complaint?
In case you weren't able to sort out the complaint with the location or the complaint is regarding our services, FlyOuts.com, you can contact us.
Mail your complaint or comment stating the voucher number to email@example.com. You will receive a confirmation within 5 working days that we will process your complaint. If the complaint concerns a flying school, we will first submit your complaint. We ask the flying school to contact you directly about a solution and to keep us informed. If you can not come to an agreement with the vliegschool, or if there is no response in a reasonable period of time, we will of course help you. We treat all complaints relating to our own services directly.
