Cancelling can be done within two weeks of purchase and is always free of charge. No tricky questions, no hassle. You just get your money back.

If you make an appointment at the flying school, we assume you want to use the gift voucher, from then on cancellation is no longer possible. If you are in doubt whether the recipient of the gift voucher wants or dares to fly, give the voucher as a gift and wait before fixing a date.

If you cancel, the purchase amount will be refunded via the same payment method you used to pay. So if you paid with iDEAL, you will be refunded to your checking account. If you paid by credit card, it will appear on your credit card statement.

Perhaps cancelling is not necessary at all, you can also change the gift voucher to another flying lesson via 'Make an appointment'. If you would like to return the gift voucher, please send an email to [email protected] stating the voucher number.
